Do you have stomach pain and not sure what is causing it? If you someone told you have IBS and that it can’t be cured, they are wrong.
While you might be tempted to self-diagnose stomach pain, ask friends, and reach out to people in forums and Facebook groups, you need to get proper help and proper diagnosis.
In this video, I talk about what can cause stomach pain. But honestly, I can’t really help you without more information! That’s why what your neighbor suggests you do is not enough and can even make things worse.
When Do you Need to See a Doctor for Stomach Pain?
Before we keep going, I want to set things clear. I’m not a doctor and this is for educational purposes. If you have stomach pain with one of these things, go see a doctor:
- Pain so severe that you have to rush to the ER
- Vomiting
- Haven’t had a bowel movement in few days
- Blood in your stool
- Chest pain
- Severe pain in the upper right side along with pain in your right shoulder
Severe pain in the lower right side
What Causes Stomach Pain?
In this video, I talk about stomach pain and what are some of the possible causes.
Again, they are all possibilities. With more information and looking at the whole picture, your doctor won’t be able to diagnose you. Even if you don’t want to see a doctor just yet and looking for alternative therapies, any health provider will need more information to help you.

Stomach Pain Persists Despite All Tests Coming Back Negative
If your doctor(s) did all the scans, endoscopy, colonoscopy and found nothing, they told you that all tests are negative, that you’re fine, that it’s in your head, or it’s just IBS and that you should be happy you’re not dying know that you don’t have to settle.
Most doctors don’t know how to help you eliminate stomach pain from IBS. They will give you a medication, most likely an anti-depressant. If you have diarrhea, they’ll give you anti-diarrhea medication and a laxative if you have constipation.
Or they will tell you to eat fiber or lower your stress.
I find this to be useless. You eat at least 3 times a day. With every bite, you have the chance to make your stomach pain worse… Or you can make it go away!
But if you want to get rid of stomach pain by knowing exactly what foods to eat, what to avoid, the right supplements to support and heal your gut, and peel the layers to get to the root cause of the problem so it doesn’t come back, I can help you CAN do that.
